Return Policy

GENERAL PROVISION

Buyers/ Direct Distributors (Client) are given one (1) to seven (7) days upon receipt of items from the date of purchase to check the quantity and quality of the products.

 

  1. REQUEST FOR RETURN

Direct Distributor may return a product for exchange or replacement within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the item/s. To return an item/product, Client must file a Product Return Request Form attached with the invoice/delivery receipt and other documentary evidence (photo indicating damaged/incorrect item, etc).

To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Client should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to FAB in the condition received by Client on delivery. We recommend Client to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY/VALIDITY

Only product/s meeting all proper criteria are eligible for return/exchange.

  1. Products must have been purchased directly to FAB
  2. Reasons of returns should only be:
  3. The Item delivered to client is materially different from the description provided by the company in the listing of item;
  4. Received an Item that does not match the order’s specification (e.g. wrong size, color, etc)
  5. Faulty/Damage/Defective product on delivery.

 

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Product returned that does not meet the criteria of this policy will not be replaced/refunded/exchanged and no payment will be issued. The following list of non-returnable items is for example only, and shall not be construed as an all-inclusive list:

  1. Product/s with inherent characteristics because of improper storage.
  2. Product/s damaged by smoke, fire, , water, or other influences beyond FAB’s control.
  3. Product involved in sacrifice, fire, or bankruptcy sales.
  4. Adulterated product.
  5. Product/s that are not purchased directly from FAB.
  6. Products/s ordered/shipped in error but not reported within seven (7) days.

 

  1. TRANSPORTATION CHARGES

Clients should initially shoulder the transportation charges and take full responsibility for the risk of loss on all return shipments. The initial transportation charges are subject for refund if the management was proven accountable for returned goods.

TERMS AND CONDITION

FAB reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. FAB reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason. Should there be any dispute, FAB decision will be final.

FAB shall accept only returned goods that are in its original and undamaged (i.e. unopened) packaging and in the condition that they were delivered to the Customer, meaning that they do not show marks of wear and tear; FAB reserves the right not to refund/exchange the goods that are dirty, scratched, dented, or show signs of having been washed. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.

The Terms and Conditions of Sales are subject to change at any time at the discretion of FAB. All orders for Products are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sales in effect on the date of the order. All requests are subject to a return verification process of 7-15 days.
